ArtPara is a cultural Olympics that brings together the works of artists with the developmental disabilities from around the world, creating unity through art. The term “para” means ‘next to, side by side, together,’ symbolizing a world where people with and without disabilities, art and healing, peace and freedom coexist harmoniosly.
